Lost Catch Record Card

Post by wlai » Fri Jul 03, 2015 9:45 pm

So I just realized that I don't have the CRC on me with the license; maybe it didn't get printed out or I lost it, dunno which.

The word is that this year WDFW is really enforcing that crabs kept need to be immediately recorded on the card. Does anyone know if I can get a replacement printed for free or a fee?

I wish they would just do a web form so I can just submit online but alas you can only do it at the end of the year and the form online isn't available right now. WDFW really needs to move into this century.

Thanks.

You can get a replacement but its going to cost you some extra. I bought my grandson his combo license and he promptly lost it. The original cost me $8 for the license and $8 for the crab card add-on.

The replacement cost me around $35 some odd dollars! That did include a $10 penalty because I forgot to send in catch info last year, but its still a significant penalty.

No idea if it costs the same fee or more for a full license. You have to go into a license dealer to get it as far as I can tell.

I had to buy mine when my salmon catch card was stolen.

He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.” When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.

Two years ago I filled one card and had to get another, it was $8 plus dealer fee. I ran into this year dealers not giving up the catch record card without buying CR endorsement
