Kit looks like a good deal for the price. The first three pics of jigs are blurred (camera needs a macro mode) but that last one looks really awesome! I'm gonna check at wally world tonight and see if they got one for me.

How far is the Vegas BPS from "the strip". I've never been there before and have no knowledge of where "the strip" even is, but I'm getting dragged there in April and a BPS nearby will surely be nice.

Dragged there? You better get a car rental or a good taxi driver, because it is not walking distance. 5.28 miles by Mapquest. You had better get some new Nike's. You would be better served finding the Spearmint Rhino. If you go to BPS, you should try and see the 10# bass that they are rumored to have. You are only going to have one other chance to see one when I yank the only largemouth from Tapps!!!

Max- The chatter baits look good from what I can tell. I really like the frog. Hopefully you can get out and catch some winter bass on one soon!

Directions are easy, from Tropicana Blvd go south on I-15, as indicated it is only a few miles to the Silverton Casino exit. If you miss the exit it's a long haul back around from the next exit. Anyone who is a fisherman and in Vegas absolutely has to go there.

I bought lots of stuff and was surprised to find that the lures did not get yanked by security at the airport - they went right through the scanner and no one said a word. I would have thought sharp hooks would be pulled. BTW, I didn't even think about it until after I went through screening. Next time they go in the check-in luggage.

ROFL!!!!

Only people who have been to Vegas know how great the service at Spearmint Rhino is. Last time I went there with a friend we didnt come out till the sun was up.

Wal mart is selling these chatterbaits kits all over the country for $5 now to sell them out.

Look for Wannafish A Lure on FaceBook

He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.” When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.

Plus, if I can afford not to, I prefer not to support Walmart.

I'm all over it. P/U one for me if you get the chance. I'll pay you back. BTW, E-Bay is selling them in the $10 plus $7.50 shipping range. Too bad you can't get them online from Walmart. You could g into the resale business...
