NICE looking bass you two. But lets not forget the rules. Smallie over 5 and Largies over 6 lbs. We need to edit Mike Carey's first post so the rules are there...

This is why I posted. So if it changes then I'll take my pic down.

Yeah, same here, there was absolutely nothing mentioned about minumum size required, and for a 'plunker' (like me) without a boat and 50 hour work week, and not much time to fish, a four plus pound bass is a great treat. I have no problem taking it down though. I just wish the rules would have been more specific before putting up what I thought was a memorable bassfishing moment. I actually double checked to make sure there was not a minimum size limit, and there was not. Mike said quote: "Post BIG BASS pictures HERE, but remember to send in a report as well so it becomes part of your online fishing log and is available for all time." Nothing here about size. Next time we are going to exclude pictures to a certain minimum size lets make sure we make that stated folks!

Didn't want to ruffle any feathers. I will PM Mike Carey and give him the particulars.

Dont worry about it. There were a few threads that talked about setting this up and in them the minimum size requirements were mentioned. You've been gone for a while so probably didn't get to read it. No worries....

Guys, there is a previous thread that talks about sizes that make up trophy class fish. If you want to apply those rules to this thread that's fine. But get a new consensus before I change the original intent, which is to post your big fish pictures on one thread.

Also, this thread is not a contest, just a "bragging rights" thread.

Thanks.

(nice fish, BTW)
