Shore Fishing

Post by jsmith78 » Mon Feb 02, 2009 1:39 pm

I was wondering if anyone can help me to find some Lakes with decent shore or dock fishing. Mostly around the Kitsap, Mason County area, but would be willing to travel also. Last year did some fishing mostly at Horeshoe Lake in Kitsap county caught a couple blue gills. This year I plan to do a lot more fishing and hit up different lakes. Also what kind of setup works best for shore fishing?
Thanks

search kitsap county and see who posts the lakes you want to fish and then send a PM to them. I did that looking for lakes here in Thurston county- hope this helps!

Yeah look at the freshwater reports and then just search for a particular lake that you were interested in, look at the reports from last year and the year before and study the what, where, when, and how of it. That's what I do.

Off the shore, your best bet is a slip sinker/powerbait rig. PM me about it.
