Also cut the tendon in the ankle before battering. Frog legs, crawdad, and catfish. That's what I miss about the south.

I think Andrew Zimmern ate some poisonous ones in Australia one time. I can't remember what they did to protect you from the poison though.

Frog legs are delicious. Use a rod and reel its a lot more fun. The love plastic worms, tubes, etc.
