The Costco business store in Fife has the white handled knifes that you see used at a lot of the fish markets. They are good knifes and inexpensive.

I know Fred Meyer has a nice set of a fillet knife, sharpener, and pliers all in one package.

I have a nice Shimono fillet knife that I really like, but I got it as a gift and don't know where it was bought.

I picked up a Gerber Gator Fillet knife that I have been very happy with. What sets it apart from others I saw in it's price range was not only the Gerver name, but the sheaths built in ceramic sharpener. Very convenient to always have a sharpener close by.
Found it at SportCo for around 13 bucks.
