Favorite Spicy Seafood Dish
After reading the Hot Cheesy Salmon Dip post, which sounds delicious, I can't wait to try it, I got to thinking about hot spicy seafood. Anyone have any favorites? I love to sauté shrimp in garlic butter with Walla Walla sweet onion, mushrooms, green pepper, seasoned with cayenne pepper and sirachi paste over a bed of jasmine white rice.

I like fish taco's with a good spicy salsa, I also make a creamy sauce for them that also has a kick to it. I also like to spice up my Italian seafood stew serving with fresh sliced jalapeno's- yum!
Eat, sleep, fish

grill up some salmon or cod, throw on some blackend seasons. get your burger ready with some beaver dill, and extra sweet pickle chips. load her up and throw on the origional tabasco. Now that is a sandwhich.

Re: Favorite Spicy Seafood Dish
try Asian fish cakes, good way to use up your left over trout in the freezer.
Fillet Trout and remove skin (1 pound of fillets or any white fish even The scrap fish Tillipia )
Buy some red curry paste at H mart or any upscale super market
add fish to food processor, 2 tbs of red curry past, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/4 pound of fresh green beans chopped, 1egg, a tbs of sugar, and I add a tbs of fish sauce. Pulse together into a paste. Heat your fryer or pan up add 1 inch of oil, make small patties and fry until golden flip and finish off. Add to your plate lined with paper towels. YUM serve with a cucumber relish, 1/2 large cuke seeded and chopped, 3 Thai bird peppers minced or two jalapenos. 1/4 fish sauce, 1/cup white vinegar, and 1/4 cup of water. add two tbs of sugar, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, taste and adjust let sit on counter for at least two hours unmolested if you can.
