Bow rails

Post by scrminbanshee » Wed Apr 15, 2015 7:52 pm

Anybody know where to find a decent shop in the puyallup/tacoma area that makes bow rails? Just bought a 20ft hewescraft open fisherman and need to wrap something around the bow so the dogs can't fall off.

I dont know anyone who makes them specifically for boats, but I would think any good welding shop could do it easily. You might check with some boat dealers to see if they know someone who specializes in custom boat rails.

Steve Ericsson does but he lives in Olympia. He does excellent work and is sought after for rails, rod holders, and towers. Before

He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.” When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.

As Toni says I build railings for boats, but I'm not an advertiser here so I can't go into details. If she gave you my number, give me a call to discuss.

I may be too late and this place isn't in your area but they did great work for me on my North River. They are in Everett.
