Me and my good friend Mannie went to Offut lake on Sunday to see if we could land a few trout. We hit the about 1:30pm and as soon as we cast our line out within a few seconds we started to get some action.
A lot of little guys just nibbling not taking the bait. After about hour I finally got a nice 14' inch guy in the boat. Move around the lake and got another one about 12' inches. Overall it was a good day at Offut Lake this lake has never let us down.

CAUTION: Beware of the public lanch, the lake is down because of the hot summer, so the launch has a bad bad drop off, and we found out the hard way luckily there was a guy there with 4x4 and pulled Mannie's truck and boat out of the lake. Thanks dude for your help. Beside that Offut Lake is a great lake to fish.
