My first experience on Beda Lake; caught 8 rainbows 16 - 18" using a intermediate sinking line and a flashy bugger. The fish were cruising around in very shallow water you could see the water bulge as they chased the fly. I fished from 9 am to 1 PM but all my catching was before 11 am.
