I have to share this experience i had last year in May on Fish lake.I was using a bobber and worm from the dock casting out 50-60 feet, when a male mallard duck swam over and pecked at my bobber. I slowly reeled it and cast away from him. This duck followed my bobber for about 4 more casts pecking at the bobber every time it hit the water.Finally getting a little impatient as he pecked the 6th time I jerked the bobber hard. Unfortunately for the duck I also managed to hook him. He let a blood curling quack and took off like lightning as the line peeled of my reel. He then flew next to a tree ,snapped my line (bobbers probably still in the tree,yeah thats mine). I laughed so hard almost peed in my pants,never saw that duck again.... true story
