Although small this lake produces great numbers of black bass on soft plastics and lipless cranks. On my first visit there with my nephew who had been raving about its big fish possibilties and who was new to fishing with lures and soft plastics,boated a decent keeper of two pounds and we posted up right and had continuing success but not quite the size we were looking for, so we went to the other side of the lake andflipped the docks and caught several blacks over two pounds and of released them. As the day went on we turn to lipless cranks and fished grass edges snapping the crank through th e weeds and caught several more small 1#'ers note as the sun started to set we switched back to tubes and senko's and continued to catch small one's.I'd have to say that we probably caught a total of fifty fish that day and on return trips have fared not quite so well but better than other lakes cause you'll always catch numbers. Oh yea if your into trout it has great big browns and decent bows....
