Two of us in a small boat just SW of the boat launch. We put in at about 4:30 and stayed until 7:15 or so. It was easy to find the fish as they were surfacing in schools.
Both of use were using a woolly bugger tipped with a little power bait and a small split shot. This was about 3 feet from a bobber and tossed from a spinning rig.
Each of us managed to land about 4 fish an hour. All of them were plants and no triploids. With the lake being very recently stocked the fish are hungry and stupid. I would imagine that any lure/bait within a few feet of the surface would do well.
