Spent from 7:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. April 5, 2007 at Upper Hampton. Talked to 18 fisherman and not one even had a bite. This included 3 fly fisherman in Pontoon boats. WDFW needs to stock these two lakes as they produce large Rainbow trout.
