The lake that hates me continues to. Saturday I caught one fish after hanging around the lake for a little over two hours. You'd think I'd know to leave when the rain gods start piddling on my one person parade the minute I arrived but any fishing in any weather is better than no fishing at all.

Sunday the 15th of April was much better. Sun (for the most part) little or no wind (for the most part) at least five people fishing from the shoreline (for the most part) lots of fish surfacing (for the most part) lots of loons chasing fish (for the most part) but finally no fish were caught by myself or others (for the most part). The 2 people I saw later at sunset (for the most part) will say it was good fishing (they limited out).

While I'm yapping would somebody please tell the ultra cheap golfers that the park at Ballanger is not a Golf Course three to four times over the weekend I watched various groups deciding to play driver lets skip balls on the lake (with the fishermans luck probably hit more fish that we were)

Keep your lines tight and your eyes on your pole.
