I arrived at Silver at about 12:30 Sunday afternoon. The wind was blowing to the north and has been for several days. I figured that the wind would push warmer surface water into the area along the north side of the lake. I fished off the rocks along the main road. Using a top secret lure with a slow retrieve and occasional stops to let it drop, I hooked up on a healthy 36" muskie. After removing the lure and measuring the length for the fish and game's angler diary program I released the fish. It ended the day in great shape, which is more than I can say for my fingers. Use a glove and please release all tiger's so they can grow to state record proportions. And don't forget the camera!
