Had a great day finally on the lake today. Been fishing here for a while now, but never landed anything over 3lbs went with my 2 buddies today and fished a senko pretty much all day. At around 9am in 65 degree water I caught a 4 1/2 pounder then just minutes later my buddy caught one close to 3 pounds we lost a couple other ones and caught a few little guys. 4 1/2 was caught on a dark purple senko and the 3 pounder was caught on a black and blue jig with a crawdad trailer. It was a good day and the fish are really starting to turn on. There was a tournament also and big fish caught was almost 7 pounds.

Those fish look awesome. Hey, i am from Federal Way and have been trying to get directions to the lake. Is there any way you guys might be able to help me get out there, It looks awesome with a chance for some big bass. Thanks a lot man and hope you can help. If not, ill find out how to get there,

Hey marlin, im a normal there in silver lake....i fish it about every weekend and a lot of people no me on the lake,,,where is that spot that your buddy i holding the fish at?
