We checked out Bear Lake to see if they had a good area for kids to fish at. Since this is a kids and disabled only fishing or licensed with a youth the areas were very suitable for children. As soon as we arrived an older fisherman started yelling at me from a distance, "disabled and children only" over and over again this was very annoying to my family. After about five minutes of this I walked over to this person and showed him the regulations in the state pamphlet. No apology, just a question, "Do you know if this was stocked?" How rude can someone be! Enforcement was out at the lake which I saw writting some people tickets that were not fishing with youth as well. We had some bites and daughter had one perch on that got away, but overall a very fun park for the entire family.
