I went to Rowland for the first time. It was a very windy day, and after getting skunked at Spearfish Lake, I had my doubts of even catching a fish. Needless to say, I was quite mistaken. We arrived at Rowland at approximately noon, and began fishing fluorescent pink power eggs off of the bottom with approximately 18 inches of leader. After no time, the fish began hitting. I ended up with these four beauties. All were between 1 lb 6 oz, and an even 2 pounds (15.5"-18"). I live in Yakima, but hopefully I will be back again. It was an exciting day of fishing. I'm glad I brought a net.
