Meet Doug Wilson at 9:30am and hit the water with high hopes. We were trolling flies, Doug with a floating line and myself with a deep sinking line. I settled in on a purple wooley bugger with limited success. Caught one planter, lost a nice fish near the boat, lost one other planter. Doug had less luck (actually no luck) until switching to a spoon a little after lunch. He hooked into a good fish which promptly broke the line. Weather conditions were great - sunny 60s, moderate breeze. Definitely slowed down from Opening Day. Fish deep!
