Hey there again Bass guys and fellow fisherman..Well i was on the way to Joy Lake this morning when something told to just go back to cottage . Well started out in the pontoon @ 6am . ..This was a strange day .. I Fished half the lake this morning and went three hours straight without one single bite .. I started kicking myself for not going to joy , when all of a sudden the sun came out and the wind died all the way down , i rowed over to the other side of lake to fish the Docks .. First dock , first cast BAMM! how bout a 6lb LMB / talk about never givin up, i went all morning without a bite and first fish was this monster , shorted after that 2 docks later BAMM! 4 1/2 lb LMB ...LOL i kept saying to myself "how glade am i for not leaving" i ended up just knocking them dead i caught 3 more fish all the rest was 3lb.. i missed two good ones but i didn't care , Dude i got a six pounder today and that's my record catch so far this year .. This lake rocks and it deserves a 5 rating, i have not caught not one bass under 3 lbs on this lake .. I am sold that this color worm that i use is the best color for this lake ..what color you say ? hmmm i think it's for me and the next bass to find out ...lol Bigbass Dez stricks again ...sorry bout the pic (darn cell phone sucks with pics but you can get a good ideal of the size of this animal ... Hey Dez I am glad that you had a good day of fishing on Cottage but try not to post to much on this lake. I have fished this lake for bass for years and consider it one of my zipper lips. There are still a lot of people that don't know the potential of this lake and I would like to keep it that way as I have noticed the quality of bass fishing on this lake deplete in years past from over fishing. I know you are new to this lake but lets keep this one quiet so that you and I aren't shoulder to shoulder and boat to boat with other fishermen, like in many other area lakes I don't fish for that reason any more. Tight lines.....

valid point mallard , and i will work on that in the future .. let me know if you see my there oneday , im in a Yellow pontoon boat .. SHHHHH be wery, wery, quit im hunting rabbit !! lol ... happy hooking .. hsr
