My name is Lura and I live in Covington. I grew up in the south and know a lot about bass. The only thing I have never had the chance to fish here in WA. Everyone I talk to said there are no bass or catfish here. I took my boys to lake Meridian. 3 time so far to fish on the dock. They are just learning. I saw over by the back end of the dock by the road there are some pads. That was prime bass fishing in Fl. My biggest bass was 13lbs. I just catch and release. I don't like to eat them. I would use a weedless hook and a big black rubber worm, kind of looks like a night crawler. It would work every time. I was just wondering where and what bate you use to catch your bass!
