First time at Clark. This is more of a park to walk dogs than it is too fish. We didn't fish for too long however. The water is very stained, and there isn't really any bank access, but there is good cover around the lake. Threw out a number of different plastic and cranks, divers and poppers, and tried a jig tipped with worm for no fish. I did have a bite on 5" black lizard. There is a little walk to the lake so a car topper would be kind of tough but possible. There was another man there using a worm and bobber who was getting skunked as well, but he was only there for about 20 minutes until we left
