7/5/2007 8:34:00 AMAh, yes, thanks for sending in a report on Tradition. That was where I caught my first big bass while fishing it from a canoe with my son. He had told me that there were a lot of small bass in the lake but doubted if there were any big fish. On my 2nd cast of the early morning a big 22 inch, 6 pound, 4 ounce lunker swirled under my Rapala and sucked it in. We caught a lot of small fish that day but that was the only lunker. Oh yes, that was on May 7th 1980 -- still a nice memory.
