I'm the guy who recently moved and have been having trouble getting into some fish. Well that has now changed. I have recently purchased a personal pontoon boat and have been able to get on the water. I arrived at Beaver around 6am and was on the water by 6:30 and fished to 3pm. My first cast landed a decent 2 pounder. Not the biggest fish but when you haven't been catching anything it was huge.LOL It was the biggest fish of the day. I was using a 4 inch sinking lizard Texas rigged weightless. Most of the fish came from under docks. The bulk of the fish were in the 7 to 10 inch range with a total of 16 fish landed. It was a beautiful day and I really enjoyed my surroundings. Lots of friendly people on the docks of the residents around the lake which added some friendly conversations. It was a great day! Great fishing to all and tight lines
