Only had a couple hours to fish before dark. Wind blown weed bed produced this fat, healthy bruiser. Riverman was the net man on this trip. Great fisherman and boat partner. Hope to do it again some day.

Salmon Slayer,
I only fished Curlew once for a long weekend but fell in love with this beautiful body of water and the surrounding country.
Stout tackle, super line of some kind(ie: Power Pro), a steel leader, good net and a bit of luck will get er done. Bucktails and spinnerbaits are once of the best and easiest to work, crankbaits in the 5-7" range are also a good choice. Eratic action will draw more strikes than smooth retreives.
Check out NW Tiger Muskies website and check out the sponsors. I think you'll find the lures you need plus leaders etc.

What lure did you use and where you trolling or spincasting, line used, rod used, time of day?
