Me and my buddy went to Jump off Joe lake after reading some reports on here that there was some decent fishing this time of year....Boy was i disapointed. And thats putting it mildly.
We skimmed the entire shoreline of the lake for about 4 hours till dark. We threw everything in our boxes. Countless colors of plastic worms and lizards. Rapalas of every size and color. Spinners of every size and color. Very frusterating. It was a pretty lake , and it seemed like there WAS fish in it, Since we saw millions of little ones (less than 4 inches) but we didnt manage to hook a single fish.
Im really new to this bass fishing , being a trout fisherman in the past. And im getting really frusterated.
Jump off Joe definetly doesnt get a good rating from me.
