Ariana got her first fish today. She was using a top water rapala when this beauty hit. She fought it for a while until her little arms got tired, that's when I took over and finished the job for her. She is 11 months and loves to fish with her "Papa" (grandfather). She is a true fisher-woman. She never complains or walks away because the fishing is slow. It could be that she can't talk or walk yet, but I'd rather think she enjoys fishing with her papa. She is a survivor of a blood marrow transplant and is on the road to recovery. I'm sure I will get to fish for the rest of my life with her. Fish-on.... Blake

Great story. Best wishes as well. I just don't get how the fish is hanging there by a lure, and by a house. Do you live on the lake? Kinda confused is all lol. Take Care.

Praise the Lord, I'm happy to hear of her recovery, we have someone in the family going through the same thing. Good times for you to come!

God bless you both. That is the most beautiful fishing story I have heard. Thank you for sharing. I have five grandbabies of my own and I love them all. Tight lines and many more fishing trips for the both of you.

I do live on the lake, so when the rock bass hit I took her to the deck to show her mom. Thanks for the positive remarks. Fish-on... Blake.
