So I hit stickney just after noon. Never been here so i thought I'd give it a try. It was super warm and sunny. Probably a bad time of day to fish, but my cousin was baby sitting and we took the kids there so they could fish from the launch. I tried plastic worms, frogs, jigs, rapalas, no bass at all. worked all the lily pads. i didn't even see one fish. Trolling motor ran out of juice so rowed back to the launch and fished from there with worm and bobber. Caught a couple little blue gills and an 8in trout. I'll be back in the evening sometime and hopefully have better luck.
