Made my first attempt this year at catching summer run steelhead.Usually by mid July I tie into at least one or two,trolling a spinner using a downrigger here.I had one missed opportunity at around 9 am and for the rest of the day? NODDA.Didn't see a fish caught all day.Fish biologist says Underwood doing a lot better.
