Well Hello Bass Guys and all anglers , I decided to give Star Lake a go early Saturday morning .. I was in the water @ 6am , since this was the first time i fished the lake i started off doing what i do best "skipping Docks" .. so the second dock i got too still within the first 20 minutes from the boat launch I picked up this 5 1/2 pounder .. only downside is that was the highlight of the day . No other docks produced anything bigger then (dinks)...I was throwing weightless worms and plastic craws , had one frog tied up but no actions on it.. i will be back too this lake later in the fall .. no complaints , no crowd, it was a very peaceful morning ... so until next time , HappyHooking and my your next bass be your best bass ...BBD
