Got to Meridian around 5:00am, trolled with the usual mack's pop gear and wedding rings. Tried to find us some kokanee, but only caught bows. Another fisherman told us the kokes were hanging down at 40', but I'm still unsure how far my gear gets down there. I think they must be correct, as the fishermen who told us that left with their limit at the same time we left there with none.

On another note, as we troll up to the NW corner of the lake, we keep seeing some large bright green buoy-like objects 10'-15' down. Anyone know what they are, why they are there, or who I could ask? They creep me out when I troll by them, and a few weeks ago, I got snagged on something near there. Until I find out, I think I'll stay away from those.
