after the potholes we went over to banks lake for a couple days and they were hitting pretty good. in the evenings you couldn't keep em off cranks and in the morning it was the same thing with dropshots and lizards. most were 12"-14", with a few up to 18".

what areas did you hit? did you use any rapalas? ill be going over there over labor day and am hoping to get some bites.

barker flats and the shoreline next to the cave. look for the weedline along the flats and cast those shadraps like crazy!

Thats two different fish right? Very nice! I'm jealous...You're not joking when you say couldn't keep em off the cranks, jointed perch rapala was the ticket while we were there. We were nailing everything from Smallies to Crappies on that lure, I even nailed a monster Largie along the road leading to Banks Lake Resort. THAT LAKE IS AMAZING!

yeah, it's 2 different fish. don't forget clown pattern either.
