Anytime you use bait to fish, you must count them in your catch limit (of course), but remember that handling any fish is never a good thing if plan to let them go. The ospreys and eagles all get their fair catch - you don't have to feed them your cast offs! Watching the birds fish is always an amazing sight - they have better luck than we do sometimes. Pay attention to your rod, pinch your barbs, catch and release (unless you plan to eat 'em!).
