fished deep lake for the first time in my life in early summer, i thought this lake was deep? you can see the bottom everywhere, the fishing was very slow, we didn't boat 1 fish, we seen bass all over the place, even a couple that were 5+lbs, just could not get them to take anything. I did get 1 good strike on a plastic worm toward the end of the evening, but this was a bad fishing trip, may come back here next spring but no more this year. for you trout anglers there was some people catching 8-10 inch trout off the dock.
