The schools are probably deeper we just know a few good spots that hold a couple fish here and there. Over by the military marina the perch are think in 40ft so smallies probably are too.

11/25/2007 10:25:00 PMNICE FISH, I am the guy that you helped launch that old Stratos over by Fort Lewis. Lake Tapps has been producing some pretty nice fish.

11/26/2007 8:17:00 PMThe drive kinda sucks but this time of year Tapps County Park does not have an attendant at the gate so the launch is free. I have caught a few bass out of American it just seems like after the spring I can't buy a bite unless its a perch or a trout anyway check out www.bountyfishing.com to see a few pictures of some American Bass.
