It was a great day on the water, nice and calm. My buddy Jordan and i started the day off trolling rapalas with sum success, just a couple of 10 inchers. Then we decided to still fish with slip bobbers and had some great results. we started out catchin a couple small trout which went back unharmed and then the bite slowed down a little and then all of the sudden my buddy has a nice fish on, we finally net it and its a 22 1/2 in 3 pound 12 ounce triploid rainbow and the bite still remaining a little slow we move a little further up the lake and after about a half hour there my bobber goes down and when i set the hook i felt the big head shake and i knew it was goin to be are second nice triploid rainbow of the day, after a nice little fight on 6 pound test and an ultra lite pole we land the fish and its 25 in and 6 pounds.
