Havent been to Black Lake in a few weeks and fishing has slowed down big time. But it was VERY cold. It was only 28 degrees when we got there at 8. The frost was still all around us by 10:30. Didnt start to thaw out til about 11:30-12.

Landed only 6 fish total between the 2 of us. I used orange/white powereggs. SO used lemon/lime.

We threw kastmasters the last hr. We both had a strike, but didnt hook it. Our biggest size was a little over 16". Average was around 15".

A group of 5 guys showed up at about 10. By the time we left, i think they only had a total of 4 fish.
