Glad that theres a part up for Phantom Lake now!
Went there on Sunday for a while just to see what was going on there. I didnt expect to see the lake covered in ice. The whole lake exept for about 40 yds infront of the dock was frozen.
I didnt catch any fish, but it was fun to try to cast my wieght onto the ice every once in a while.

This lake is really fun in the summer if you like catching 3 inch perch and 5 inch bass. I bet if you explored though you could find nice sized bass.
