hey there i am a avid basser and have yet to do the cold water thing in sammammish. i was wondering if any of you have heard the outcome of the freeze your bass tourney? i fished for cutts the other day and did okay but i am finding that the trick is to run your gear out, way out past your riggers like 80 to 100 feet and your catch ratio doubles and I'm pickin up fish closer to the surface now 25 to 15 feet. hope this helps. i was running firetiger needlefish and cowbell with wedding ring tipped with berkley gulp chartreuse power maggots. also i always have an open spot if any of you pros need a place on a boat.. haha i need some pointers. i am geared up to fish all species. i have an olympic with downriggers, a 14 foot lund and a nineteen nitro so i need a die hard fishing buddy. haha yall take care and good luck. thefishinguru
