Fished Banks Saturday morning for about an hour in the morning and another hour right before lunch. This was a trip to try and hook my 5 year old grandson on walleye fishing. Weather was perfect, warm and a nice breeze blowing. We found fish from about 16 feet to about 21 feet all along the area from the million dollar launch up to rose bush. The small walleye 13" to 15" were quite plentiful with some nice 20"ers mixed in. The grandson caught fish non stop while granddad spent his time baiting and netting. We used bottom walkers with a crawler harness in fire-tiger color. We probably caught 20 fish in the 2-21/2 hours that we fished. It was the kind of day that brings you back again.
