Went to Meridian Saturday 4 - 7 pm to kick off new season. Fished from bottom off fishing dock with no luck. Joined the other anglers casting into shallow water for planters. I did throw the first few back, then realized that I had a taste for grilled trout. So forgive me I kept some. Slip bobber with chartreuse PB will catch 'em.
