i just picked up an inflatable boat so i took it out for a float to see if it had any leaks.
there was only 1 other boat on the lake and it didn't look like they had caught anything.
not a whole lot of action from the fish, but had an enjoyable time learning how to row and get blown around by the wind. i tied the boat to a log that was planted to fight the current. i think I'll need to buy an anchor before i go out next time.
this lake has a ton of blue gill, perch, and some big LMB during the warm weather, which i hope to hook into soon.
the boat had no leaks, and i lived to write about the trip.
