Fishing was slow today. Started about 7, fished till 2. Only fish to talk about was caught in front of the docks on the side of the lake opposite the boat launch, nice 16-18" hen that gave my buddy a real run for his money. Drug around black and olive wooly buggers, floating line with sink tips, slow troll from a grey zodiak. As far as i know this was one of 2 fish caught that morning by 4+ boats on the water. rained a bunch, but a few rain drops never nobody. my guess is the waters a bit too cold still. Aprils on the way, looking forward to the fresh stockers, maybe a few more of the 3-5 pounders like last Nov? Best of luck to you all.
