I've been working the north end of Lake Washington for the last several weekends looking for the elusive cutts. trolling at depths of 10-20 ft over bottom depths of 25-50 ft with needlefish, wedding rings, etc with piece of worm. Absolutely no luck, are the fish out of the streams, creeks and into the lake yet? Anyone having any luck for cutts on a regular basis? thx
