Well, I've read the reports enough times I suppose its time I give a little back! First off I love this lake! It's good that we have lakes in Washington for people to mostly sportfish. Put em back so they can get big and there will be many for all, if you want to eat fish just head over to Park Lake they have plenty of tasty rainbows! Wow, am I soapboxin or what! I've been coming to this lake about twice a year for 10 years and have thrown every darn thing at this lake from the fly and tackle box. I've had my butt kicked plenty of times but how can you beat a 5-6 pound trout on light rod....Awesome baby! This time we tagged em'. We arrived at 5:30 A.M. We usually work the north end of the lake from the boat launch up. We trolled the shoreline as tight as possible lookin for those hungry brutes fattening up after winter. We ran very slow erratic trolling patterns with chrome and blu flatfish they loved em' also we sped up a notch on the boat and mixed in #4 orange Blu-foxes tag again. Two of us caught 12 fish total in about 5 hours, about the same on Sunday morning. We had 3 double hook ups as we trolled through those pods of hungry monsters! lol Thanks for listenin hope it helps
