Decided to skip out on the masses playing bumper boats tomorrow, and headed over the hill to spend a three day weekend at of my favorite fishing places in this State...... The Potholes Reservoir! Woohoo!! Looking at the results from last weeks tourney it looks like the smallmouth fishing is really coming on!! Add to that the 5-7lb largemouths that were also weighed in, and it should be a great weekend!!

With plenty of sun and temps in the low to mid 70's all weekend, I'm ready for some awesome fishing all around!! Staying at the State Park, right on the Reservoir... I love it here, now so does the Wife (it's her first time).... Gotta love the laptop life!! Haha

Good luck to all of you hitting it tomorrow on the west side!! FINALLY!! I wish ALL of our lakes were open year round....oh well, maybe someday??
