The baits that I saw that were working was just having a dry hook and also powerbait was also working wonders. My group of friends weren't using powerbait we were fishing dry. The types of fish that we caught were 5 trout, 3 were rainbow, 1 brown, and supposedly we caught 1 hybrid according to my buddy Dylan. We caught pretty average fish I'd say about 10-15" or so. I'm not sure how much the fish weighted but I'd say about 2 pounds or so. We got out of school at like 2 o'clock then we went home and grabbed some food and boots and warm rain gear, so Id say that we were at the water by 2:45 or so. We fished at the bridge and I also fished at the park by the huge tree with the tree trunk out of the ground, and within a minute of me throwing in my line I had the smallest trout out of our group of fish, but I wasn't complaining. The condition of the water was good until about 4, 4:30ish when all the rain and wind started to come then the water conditions were terrible. Some of the lures that we used were multiple types of blue foxes, and also I used a spoon. The weather was overcast pretty much the whole time we were at the lake and we were down there for about and hour and a half. And there was about 10 at the whole lake so it was pretty much deserted, there was only two people in a boat.
