Arrived at Swofford Pond at around 9:00 am. Wind was around 10mph from the southwest. Water temperature was right around 56 F.
Offloaded the pontoon and motored around the pond. Ended up on the west end out of the wind. Tossed around a polished gold kastmaster, a black and silver rooster tail, a chartreuse rooster tail, and a polished silver kastmaster. No hits or hook ups on any of them.
Anchored in about thirteen feet of water and tossed out a bobber and worm just above the weeds. Caught my limit in about two and a half hours. Decent size...a couple small one's...but they were tasty none-the-less.
Goofed off tossing around a jig in the cattails looking for some bass. No serious takers...will try again later. Left around 4:00 or 4:30. Good day on the water.
