I hate giving this late a 2 but I only caught one fish the entire time I was on the lake so instead I'm giving it a 3 (see below). From what Marc was saying they were down deep and hitting slow green patterns. Marc was doing pretty good with a green leech, he even gave me one to use, but since I didn't have fins I guess I wasn't able to present it slow enough. I also ran out of leader, having only about 3 feet of leader on, and my sinking line is like 7 years old, doesn't seem to sink as fast as it used to. I think with some adjustments on my end I would have caught more. I caught a 11" around 1pm on a size 6 montana stonefly. It was my first time out in a pontoon and I loved it. Now I just need to set up the fish finder with it. I also was a ninny and forgot to put sunblock on....and now I'm paying for it....lol.
